Q: Could you assist with visa application?
A: France is in the Schengen visa area – and depending on your nationality, you may need to apply in advance for a Schengen visa to enter the country. Following Brexit, UK citizens do not need a visa to visit France.
Visa rules can change, so check with your nearest French Embassy or Consulate for the latest visa application details, especially related to your nationality. Visa processing times vary depending on the nationality of the applicant, the purpose of the stay and the local visa issuing conditions.
If you require a visa to enter France, we recommend registering for the Congress early and allowing at least two months to complete your visa application.
Should you need any further supporting documents, such as a visa invitation letter from our side, please contact us.

Q: What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for the Congress sessions; smart casual is appropriate for the social events. We’ll send you more information as we get closer to the event, including dress codes and instructions for downloading the Congress event app.

Up to 14 days before the event, 50% of the amount will be reimbursed.
