The fee does not include:

• Guest/companion pass (EUR 100.00 + VAT, if applicable) for the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. This pass can be added during the registration process and is exclusively available to guests or companions of attendees. It grants access to social events only and does not include access to the conference sessions. It is not available to publishers or individuals who might otherwise attend the Congress.

• Value-added tax (VAT), if applicable.

• Money-back guarantee in the event of postponement/cancellation.

• Cancellation Policy: If the delegate cancels the registration up to 30 days prior to the event, the registration fee will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms specified in article 2.3, minus a 10% non-refundable handling fee. Up to 14 days before the event, 50% of the amount will be reimbursed. In the last 14 days prior to the event, no reimbursement will be possible except in cases of illness (with production of a medical certificate) or an Act of God (supported by verifiable do documentation).
