Have a story of innovation, transformation or success in your newsroom or news organisation?
We’re curating case studies and speaker suggestions for the 2026 World News Media Congress. We’re looking for people, projects and strategies that inspire, inform or challenge the global news media community. If you work in a newsroom or news organisation and have a product, project or process worth sharing on stage, submit your proposal by 31 October 2025. Tell us about yourself, your idea, and your proposed speaker(s).
The 2026 programme will feature keynotes, case studies, expert panels and roundtable discussions. All panel suggestions must be gender-balanced — diversity matters.
If you’re a supplier, consultant or media support organisation and want to showcase your products, host a workshop or arrange a meeting onsite, contact the Global Sales and Events Team for sponsorship opportunities. Options include Breakfast and In-Conference sessions, exhibition space, branding opportunities and more.
